Your email and password does not work ?

Please make sure that there's no extra space in your email and password. If your problem persists please contact the support team.

You have not received email containing logins ?

Verify your spam emails and all emails. If you still cannot find the logins email please contact the support team.

Your account has expired ?

If your account has expired, you should check whether it is related to payment or if you have already finished the course, you can share your diploma to receive 6 months of access. If neither of these cases applies, you should contact your instructor, who will then inform the administration to resolve your issue. 

 

The regular process

Enrollment confirmation email

After enrolling to your course you will receive an email confirmation containing the course you enrolled for and the location you're enrolled at.

Login email

Following the enrollment subscription email you will receive another email containing your logins information.
